little brownie bites—just the right size for parties and snacks. One 8 x 8 in. Size brownie mix makes 40 to 42 brownies. Private cavities are 1.5 x 1.5 x .75 in. Deep. We recommend preparing the mold with non-stick vegetable pan spray before baking. All the time place silicone molds on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan for level baking and easy removal from oven. Pour batter into mold, filling about 1/2 to 2/3 full. Place mold in pre-heated oven. Bake according to recommended climatic characteristic on recipe. Place pan on cooling grid and cool completely. To remove brownies, invert mold and apply gentle pressure to the lowest while moderately peeling the mold away.
